Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 teaspoons walnut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

1 – Remove the skin and bone leaving only the avocado pulp and peel the banana
2 – Blend all ingredients to create a smooth mixture
3 – Serve
